Gnocchi Cooking Class, Made by Hand

A hands-on, beginner-friendly class in the heart of Sydney's original Little Italy. You'll arrive to antipasto plates and a welcome glass of wine, then work the dough by hand under the guidance of Chef Gabriele Franco and Silvana Franze, making two classic gnocchi: ricotta with Gorgonzola, and potato with Napoletana sauce. When the cooking is done you sit down together and eat it, with Italian music and a glass in hand. You'll take home recipe cards and a small gift. No cooking experience is needed. Seats are limited. Parking is available at the nearby MarketPlace until 10:30 pm.
